Tia is a flat-folding chair designed to be used in adaptable, dynamic and everchanging spaces in mind. We have taken an in-depth look at the use of flat-folding chairs which are an essential part of our daily life.
Together with our partner, we have decided to develop a new design that emphasises on quality of materials and looks. After a series of prototypes on various materials and structural forms, we have developed a durable design with a structure capable of carrying up to 130kg with ease, made out of high-quality plywood and folds down to 24mm thickness.
